Installation process of electrical cabinets to ensure safety

Industrial electrical switchboards play an important role in the operation of electrical systems or plant systems. The design and installation of cabinets of quality and safety standards contribute to the safety and well-being of electrical systems and machinery..

The steps of designing and installing industrial electric cabinets include the following stages:

1. Make a map of the block of the electrical part to be installed (if there is already a circuit diagram)

2. Examine the market of materials to buy (look for quality, and overload, if you need to choose between two prices, choose which one is higher.) When the materials required by the diagram. Use the actual size of these materials to see what positions are placed on the most appropriate table

3. The auxiliary materials in the installation in the electrical cabinet. (such as the serial number attached to the wire, the iron rod used for magnetic starters, relays, timers,electrical connectors, etc.).

4. Put the units on the board (10mm thick board, or panel or iron board - place the board in the horizontal position when assembled)

5. After installation, test the electrical insulation of the panel with the units on the board (if the panel is iron) with a grid front with a 300watts circular lamp, see the operation of Are the components in line with the design process? Fix the wrong place, if any.

6. Try again with small loads. Then assemble the table of parts into the cabinet.

Note:
